Technical Consultant/Project Manager

Job Location: Houston, TX
Travel: 25%

Technical consultant/project manager should be able to utilize skills to consult, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug computer systems/software. Investigate and resolve incoming issues (in person conversations, phone, e-mail, and chat) and issues in a timely and effective manner. Document all contact activity, including troubleshooting steps and problem resolution. Provide excellent customer service to customer for a positive technical services experience. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills with a high sense of urgency. Must be able to effectively organize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on your own but occasionally as part of a team and meet specific productivity requirements.

Requirements

Account Manager - United States

Job Location: Houston, TX

As an Account Manager for the region, you will be working with our resellers and partners in targeted sectors such as IT Consulting, Document Management, Scanning Services, Data Management, and Software Integration Specialists. Our end user customer base ranges from the small/medium sized business to the larger corporate/enterprise level accounts across a wide range of industries and vertical markets. You will be selling to and performing account management for direct end users, resellers, and distributors in the region.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of direct sales experience. Business to business sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience in selling software, especially in imaging and document management, is a plus.
  • 2 years in computer related industry is a plus. Experience can be with selling software or hardware and/or other services directly related to that.
